1. Who is responsible

2. What this policy covers
This policy describes what happens to personal data when you visit zeik.it and when you contact us using the details published on it. It does not cover other websites, including gapto.it, which have their own policies.
3. What this website does not do
This website is a static catalogue. It has no user accounts, no contact form, no quote form, no newsletter and no comment function. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, loads no analytics script, no advertising script, no embedded map and no content from third-party servers. We therefore do not collect any personal data through the pages of this site.
4. Data processed by the hosting provider
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) through its content delivery network. To deliver pages and to protect the service against abuse, Cloudflare’s systems process connection data such as your IP address, the address of the page requested, the date and time of the request and the browser identification string (user agent). We do not receive these logs in identifiable form; we see only aggregate traffic statistics.
- Purpose: delivery of the website and protection against attacks and abuse.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
- Retention: connection logs are retained by Cloudflare for the period stated in its privacy policy and are not stored by us.
- Processor: Cloudflare acts on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum, which binds it to process the data only to provide the service and to protect it wherever its servers are located.
5. Security challenges by the hosting provider
To block automated abuse, Cloudflare may occasionally show a short security check before a page loads. When that happens, Cloudflare sets strictly necessary cookies on its own behalf (for example cf_clearance, which records that the check was passed, and __cf_bm, which expires after 30 minutes of inactivity). These cookies contain no personal profile, are not used for advertising or analytics, and are processed by Cloudflare as described in its privacy policy. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website. Outside such a check the website sets no cookies at all.
6. When you contact us
If you write to info@gapto.it or call +39 388 926 4664, we process the data you give us (your name, company, contact details, the products or vehicles you ask about and the content of your message) to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare or manage a commercial relationship. Contact details of trade customers may be kept for the duration of that relationship. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.
- Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- Retention: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a commercial relationship follows, for the periods that accounting and tax rules require.
7. The Gapto contact page
Links labelled “Contact” and “Gapto contact page” open the website gapto.it in a new tab. Any data you provide there is processed by Gapto as the operator of that site under the personal-data notice published on gapto.it, not under this policy.
8. Where data is processed
Apart from the hosting provider described in sections 4 and 5, we do not transfer personal data to other countries or to other companies.
9. Your rights
You have the right to know whether we hold personal data about you and to receive a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where a processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@gapto.it or to the postal address in section 1. We answer within one month.
10. Complaints
If you believe we have handled your personal data wrongly, you may complain to the data-protection authority of the country where you live.
11. Children
This website is addressed to workshops, distributors and vehicle owners. We do not knowingly process data of children under 16.
12. Changes
We will update this policy if the way the website works changes, for example if analytics or embedded content is added. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision.
