The compressor is the pump of an air suspension. It draws in air, compresses it and feeds the air springs or air suspension struts through the system’s valves and reservoir, so the vehicle can be raised, lowered and kept level under load.
ZEIK air suspension compressors are supplied for passenger cars and SUVs with air suspension, as part of the same division as the air springs and struts they feed.
A compressor that runs for longer than usual or no longer reaches pressure is often a consequence of a leak elsewhere in the system, so the air springs and lines are checked before the compressor is replaced.
